PROFESSIONAL NEWS UPDATES:
-Look for Elizabeth in the March issue of COSMOPOLITAN MAGAZINE! She’s the fitness model demonstrating March’s fitness tips.
-Elizabeth was recently cast in a feature film as a German Reality TV Dance Show Host. More detail to come as I get them!
-Elizabeth finished class at Upright Citizens Brigade, and plans to continue training at UCB.
-Elizabeth was just cast as the female supporting character in the movie “Medicinal Purposes” as Lisa “The Body” Messina.
-Bailey’s Irish Cream has a new face for the holiday 2011 season! Elizabeth will shot a National print campaign. Look for it out around Thanksgiving and Christmas 2011.
-Elizabeth is currently the NYC-metro area fit model for Fine Lines Australia as they work to launch their lingerie line in the USA.
-Elizabeth appeared in the September 11th Anniversary Episode of “Rescue Me” (season 6) as the bookstore clerk and her first job doing her own stunt!
PERSONAL NEWS UPDATES:
-Elizabeth now has a Twitter Account - @lizcorkum
-Elizabeth will be attempting The Lone Ranger Ultra Marathon - 100 miles in 24 hours in July 2012.
-Elizabeth ran the Philadelphia Marathon 2011, setting a new PR of 3:15:47, finishing in the top 2% of all females!
-Elizabeth will be running the Boston Marathon on April 16, 2012.
-Elizabeth ran the Disney Goofy Challenge the weekend of January 7-8th 2012. The 39.3 mile journey was amazing!
-Elizabeth WON the CLS Justice for All 5K on October 9th in Philly, running a 6:17 mile and a 19:15 overall time!
-On September 18th, Elizabeth set a new Half Marathon PR of 1:31:10 at the Philadelphia Rock ‘N Roll Half, placing in the top 1.4% of all runners!
-On July 30th, Elizabeth placed 17th out of 2,001 women in the Queens Half Marathon.
-On July 24th, Elizabeth placed 2nd in a 5K in Astoria, running a 6:38 pace, and total time of 20:53.
-On May 8th, Elizabeth ran the Japan Day Race for Hope 4-Miler and placed 5th in her age group with a net time of 27:21.
-On May 1st, Elizabeth ran the Broad Street Run 10 Miler for the 2nd time, with a time of 1:08:23.
-On April 23, Elizabeth placed in the top 10 of her age group in the NYRR 4-miler in Central Park, with a time of 27:09.
-Elizabeth will extend her deferment from Grad School for another year, though at some point in her life she wants to complete her PhD in Theatre.
